IARC or Institute Alumni Relations Cell works to maintain a healthy relationship between the alumni and the students of IITR. We organise webminars, interactive sessions, events in order to provide a platform for interaction between the students and alumni.

NSS IIT Roorkee is the largest student-body group of IIT Roorkee that brings an entirely new dimension to this prestigious institute. We work on a diverse range of social issues including blood donation, spreading awareness, environmental issues, spreading education at all levels, etc.

Social Summit, is the annual social fest of IITR organised by the inspired youths who believed in crystallizing their vision for a better society. Identifying the most pressing social problems and thus evolving actionable insights for contemporary challenges.

Admin Panel for Arceus

SDSLabs

Arceus is the central authentication service developed and used by SDSLabs. It uses the OAuth2 method of authenticating access to users. My task was to design the Admin and Developer panels for the application. I completed the project remotely with the help of my mentor (3rd yr designer). The design guidelines adopted by the organization had to be followed strictly.

If you are reading this, then you are observing my most exciting project to date. The website was designed and developed by me without any external assistance. I am a self-taught designer-cum-developer, and this project was the best use of skills that I have learnt so far.

Winter of Code - SDSLabs

I completed the WoC, working on a mobile application based on my idea. I had to design the app that could serve as a bridge between the students and the campus groups of IIT Roorkee. I worked under my mentors for my entire winter vacations of 2019 and successfully designed the wireframes and a prototype for the app. It was my first project on User Experience Design.

PRDS is a non-govt. organisation working for the welfare of people in rural and sub-urban areas of Jharkhand. I volunteered for the task of developing the official website for the organisation. It was the first time I experienced a professional work environment.

Logo Redesign

PRDS is a non-govt. organisation working for the welfare of people in rural and sub-urban areas of Jharkhand. The task of redesigning the logo for an organisation is a bit tricky as I had to entail the features of the previous logo as well as add a fresh look. I designed the logo with the use of Golden Ratios to give it an aesthetic attribute.
